    Campus Visit

    Come to the school with your child and family. Take a campus tour, meet our teaching staff and understand our approach to education at HAPS.

    Collect & Submit Admission Form

    Collect the admission form from the school office. Fill it completely and submit it along with the required documents listed on the right.

    Assessment / Interaction

    For all classes from LKG onwards, students may be asked for a brief written or oral interaction with our academic team. This helps us understand the child's current level and ensure they receive the right support. The final admission decision rests with the school.

    Confirmation & Fee Payment

This is not a pass/fail test — it simply helps us understand the child's current level so we can support them from the right point. Nursery admissions do not require any assessment. The final admission decision in all cases rests with the school.
  • You are welcome to apply to either campus — Maharana Pratap Nagar (Main) or Nawgarh Moad, Poiwan. Both follow the same CBSE curriculum, teaching standards and values. Simply choose whichever is more convenient for your family. Call us if you are unsure and our team will help.
  • Standard documents: (1) Child's birth certificate, (2) Passport-size photographs — 4 copies, (3) Aadhaar card of child and parent/guardian, (4) Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school — Class II and above, (5) Previous year's report card — Class II and above, (6) Address proof. The school office will confirm the final list at the time of your visit.
  • No. HAPS does not charge any donation or capitation fee. All applicable fees are clearly communicated to parents at the time of admission. For specific fee details, please contact the school office directly.
  • School operates Monday to Saturday. General school hours are 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The school office is open during school hours for enquiries and admissions. Please call ahead to confirm during holidays or exam periods.
